REACHING CHILDREN IN THAI SCHOOLS AND TRAINING THAI LEADERSHIP

Since 1981 Val Bateup has worked in Thailand with Lorraine Dierck.  Together with a team of Thai Christians, with a vision for children’s ministry, they have established the Good News Team.

The Good News Team are involved in:

  • Evangelistic outreach programs in local Thai State schools: Buddhist schools are open to the gospel, and the team is involved in Evangelism in these schools.
  • Follow up, and discipling children with:
  1. A yearly Evangelistic Magazine for distribution in all Thai schools.
  2. Correspondence Courses as a follow up from the magazine.
  3. Teaching programs to help establish these children in local churches.
  • Training Programs: Training Thai Christians on how to reach and teach children.
